It breezes through dough scraps and leaves my counter completely flour-free, which is exactly what I needed. The flat edge also makes scraping up chopped veggies for the pan a total cinch.
Used this for the first time today to scrape dough off the counter and it worked so cleanly that I actually looked forward to cleaning up.
