12" Carbon Nonstick™ Frying Pan

I was skeptical about a coating-free pan, but the surface really is nonstick right out of the box. Cleanup is just a quick wipe, and after three weeks of daily use it still looks brand new. Exactly what I wanted to ditch the chemical coatings.

Cooked eggs, fish, and even sticky rice in it all week and nothing has clung to the surface, which honestly surprised me since there's no coating to baby. It's lighter than my old cast iron, heats evenly, and cleanup is just a quick rinse and wipe.

My old pans were scratched and sticky, but this one has held up beautifully for a few months now—the coating-free surface is genuinely nonstick, so cleanups take ten seconds. It's the first pan I've owned that feels like it'll actually last forever.
