The glass lid is a game-changer for me—I can finally keep an eye on my sauce without lifting it and losing heat. The higher side walls also mean less splatter on the stovetop, and I love that it's coating-free so I don't worry about anything flaking off into dinner.

I had basically given up on nonstick pans that flake, so the fact that this one is coating-free but still slides eggs around easily is a game changer. The taller side walls and glass lid are perfect for simmering without splatter. It’s already getting darker with use, which I really like.
