2-Piece Knife Set (ACUTO440) - White

The white finish looks sharp on my counter, and the ACUTO440 steel has held its edge through a week of heavy veggie prep without a single rust spot. The chef's knife feels perfectly balanced, not at all handle-heavy like my old set.

The edge on this chef’s knife is scary sharp right out of the box—sliced through a tomato without crushing it at all. Love that the steel is rust-proof too, so I don’t have to baby it after washing. These two are the only knives I’ve reached for all week.
