The wave-shaped serrations really do make a difference on soft stuff like tomatoes, no squishing at all. I've been slicing ripe tomatoes and soft bread with it for a couple weeks and the edge still feels sharp.

Lily A. ★★★★★

Baked a sourdough loaf last weekend and this knife sliced through the rock-hard crust like it was butter, then handled the soft middle without squishing it flat. The wave-shaped serrations really do grip instead of tear, and after sitting in the sink overnight it rinsed clean with zero rust spots.

Riley Q. ★★★★☆

The wave-shaped serrations really do slice through crusty bread without squashing it, which was my main gripe with my old knife. Only reason it's not five stars is the handle feels a bit light in the hand, but the blade itself is sharp and hasn't shown a spot of rust yet.
