Scarlett ★★★★★

Cut through a whole crusty loaf with zero crushing, which is exactly what my old knife couldn't do. The AUS-8 blade feels solid in hand and the serrations are deep enough for tomato skins too. Best ten bucks I've spent on the kitchen in a while.

I was worried it would squash soft tomatoes, but it slices them clean without a single crushed spot. The AUS-8 steel feels solid in hand, and it cut through a crusty sourdough loaf without tearing the middle.

Sophia ★★★★★

That serrated edge glides through ripe tomatoes without squishing a single seed, and it handled a crusty baguette like butter. The blade held its bite through a week of daily use so far. Exactly the clean slices I was hoping for.
