Harper ★★★★★

The wave-shaped serrations really do slice clean through tomatoes without squishing them, which my old straight-edge knife never managed. Been using it daily for a couple weeks and there's no rust spotting at all, even after hand washing.

Leo ★★★★★

Cut through a whole loaf of sourdough without squishing the middle, which my old knife never managed. The ACUTO440 steel hasn't shown a speck of rust even after a few washes.

Amelia K. ★★★★★

The wave-shaped serrations really do glide through a ripe tomato without squishing it, which my old straight-edge knife never managed. Been leaving it in the sink overnight and there's still no spot of rust on the ACUTO440 blade.
