Didn't expect to use this thing every day, but it's become my go-to for clearing flour off the counter after kneading. The edge is sharp enough to cut through sticky dough cleanly, and it's sturdy enough to scoop up the mess in one pass.

I grabbed this for scraping dough off the counter after kneading, and the wide flat blade does the job in a couple of passes. It's also become my go-to for scooping chopped veggies into the pan, so it barely leaves the counter now.

The handle has a nice weight to it and doesn't flex when I'm pressing down hard to scrape dried flour off the counter. I mostly use it for scooping chopped veggies into the pan, but it's earned a permanent spot on my board.
