Fiskespade

I grabbed the silicone one and it's been perfect for flipping eggs without tearing the yolks. The flexibility makes it way easier than my old rigid turner for getting under delicate fish fillets.

The thin flexible edge slides right under delicate fish fillets without tearing them, which my old stiff turner could never manage. I got the stainless version and it's surprisingly sturdy for how bendy it is.

I flip fried eggs with this nearly every morning now, and the thin flexible edge slides under them without tearing a single yolk. The stainless steel feels sturdy but still bends just enough to get right up against the fish skin.
