攪拌刮刀

I was worried it would bend under my sourdough, but this thing powers through dense dough without flexing and still glides through cake batter without deflating it. Both edges did exactly what I needed them to do.

The edge is thin enough to get every last bit of frosting out of the bowl, yet it handled my stiff cookie dough without bending. I’ve basically retired three other spatulas since this one showed up.
