Customer Reviews (4.2 / 5 · 5 reviews)
Used it on a big holiday brisket and the blade glided through without shredding the meat, which is exactly what I wanted. The fork tines grip the roast firmly enough that I could slice one-handed without the whole thing sliding around. It's become my go-to for Sunday roasts now.
The fork’s tines are long enough to anchor a whole brisket without the roast sliding around, and the knife’s weight feels balanced in hand—I used it right at the table for a Sunday roast, carving and serving in one motion. It’s a sturdy pair that made the whole ritual feel more polished.
The carving fork has a comfortable balance when I'm holding the roast steady, and the knife glides through the turkey without much effort. It's a bit lighter than my old set, but it feels sturdy enough for Sunday dinners.
