The blue finish on these knives is gorgeous and totally livens up my countertop. I've put the chef’s knife through daily veg prep and it slices through tomatoes like butter, and everything still looks brand new after a month of heavy use.
I’ve had these for about three weeks now and the chef’s knife is my go-to for almost everything—it glides through onions without any struggle. The steel hasn’t shown a single spot after sitting in the drying rack, which is more than I can say for my old set.
The blue finish on these knives is a nice touch, and the chef's knife handles everything from onions to chicken without a hint of rust so far. The serrated blade sliced through a crusty loaf cleanly, which is exactly what I needed for weekend baking.
